Country leaders from our works across Europe have gathered in Budapest this week for two days of meetings with our area leaders. Jerry Coleman, our Europe Area Director, began the meetings by repeating and reinforcing his vision for the next decade of work here on the continent - a time when our works will begin to bear much fruit. Larry shared his presentation on "The Fractal Church," which addresses our need for our churches to be established using ministry models and practices that are reproducible at every level. The afternoon sessions were devoted to hearing reports from each leader.
Participating in the meetings this week are: Jerry, Larry, Lynette Sykora (Slovakia, member care), Michael Long (Greece and Balkans), Al Mellinger (Bulgaria), Josh Fajardo (Spain), and Richard Dickinson (Belgium). Unfortunately our Portugal country leader, Cindi Angelo, was unable to attend these meetings as she is currently in the United States.
It is wonderful to work with such a talented and dedicated group of people!
